Clinical Physiotherapy Applications

We rebuild your spine and joint biomechanics with internationally recognized, up-to-date clinical applications that target the source of the problem.

What is Manual Therapy? What Does It Really Do?

Manual Therapy is neither just a "muscle-relaxing" massage nor a simple and risky procedure like "cracking the spine back into place". In light of current medical literature (PubMed / PEDro), "Manual Therapy" is an international medical procedure standard. Its main task is to mechanically revive the disrupted "Synovial Fluid" cycle in the locked joint space and dissolve anaerobic knots in the muscles. But the real miracle happens inside.

Neurophysiological (Bialosky) Model: Why Does Your Pain Stop Suddenly?
  • 1.Mekanik Serbestleşme & Dekompresyon: In hernia (e.g. lumbar hernia) or cartilage damage, the tissue cannot breathe. When the therapist mobilizes the facet and disc space with their hands, the inflammatory leak inside is dispersed and "Oxygen" begins to fill that region of the spine again.
  • 2.İnen Ağrı İnhibisyonu (Ağrı Kesici Şalteri): This is the real secret of healing. Science has proven that correct rhythmic pressures applied to the tissue in manual therapy create new electrical impulses traveling through the spinal cord to the brain. This impulse activates the system descending from the brain that secretes the body's own natural and most powerful painkillers.
Universal Standard:Modern Cochrane reviews and PEDro Guidelines recommend the Manual Therapy + Medical Exercise protocol performed by an expert physiotherapist as the strongest (Level A) evidence level before surgery is considered for chronic lower back-neck pain, fibromyalgia, and capsular diseases (Frozen Shoulder).

"I focus not only on the painful area, but on the massive whole that creates the pain. Because we aim for long-term and deep-rooted healing that establishes the body's actual balance, not temporary numbness."

— Holistic Healing Philosophy

I graduated from Izmir Sifa University Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in 2015. During my 11 years of intense clinical experience, I approached human anatomy not as a "machine", but as a flawless chain communicating with each other (Kinetic Chain).

In order to bring world standards to our clinic; I guided hundreds of patients to regain their health by centering my practice on Osteopathic Techniques and Holistic Manual Therapy approaches. I don't just apply a session to my patients; I teach them the "consciousness" of protecting their own health.
